U1 UNIVERSITY

At U1 University, we have been providing our students with quality education, while faithfully abiding by our university mottos, “Searching for Truth” and “Serving Society.” Today, we are faced with dramatic changes in the university landscape and a growing uncertainty about the future of our society. In this day and age, what our students need is the ability and power to become forward-thinking visionaries, who create changes themselves.

Despite such challenges, the students of U1U have been honored with the Talent Award of Korea (formerly, Talent Medal of Korea) for five consecutive years, surprising the nation with their remarkable achievements. We’ve also recorded one of the highest high post-graduation employment rates among the domestic universities (2014 post-graduation employment rate: 75.4%). In addition, we are proud to be in the presence of outstanding faculty members, some of who have been enlisted in the world’s top three biographical dictionaries.

On another note, we are planning to establish our second campus in Asan, Chungcheongnam-do Province, by March 2016. Our Asan Campus, an hour drive from the Seoul National Capital Area, will foster specialists in the convergence sector to meet the current demands of our society.
