The Department of Beauty Care fosters beauty care professionals through practical training in the lab and at beauty salons. Also, in order to equip students with global competency, the department runs exchange programs with a Canadian beauty salon and Chinese and Asian beauty schools. Thanks to this program, there has been a growing number of graduates finding jobs overseas. With the field-centered education system and academic-industrial ties, the Department of Beauty Care ensures employment success.
The Department of Hotel Food Service and Culinary Arts provides systematic theoretical education and field training to cultivate practical skills and forward and creative thinking skills. Students become armed with the necessary expertise and skills in culinary arts so that they can become leaders and top professionals in the food service industry including hotel food service.
The Department of Wine Fermentation and Food & Beverage Service helps students build character and creativity and acquire specialize knowledge so that they can work in the wine fermentation industry and the food and beverage service industry including hotels and restaurants.
Graduates of this department obtain field experience at the Wine Plaza, and they are trained to become specialists in wine, coffee, food and beverage services, liquor and fermented food products through the specialized education and training programs.
The Department of Cosmetic Studies produces professionals for the cosmetics and beauty product industry, which is considered a high value-added sector, as well as the skin care field. Students can participate in cosmetics R&D projects and gain experience in providing skin care services and other beauty-related services, as a way to serve society.
